Terms of service

General rules:

  • Completed commission will not be posted or given to you unless the payment is complete.

  • Unless you give proper credit, you may not repost/reupload my art or claim as your own.

  • Do not use any of my art for NFTs,/AI I do not consent to have my art (commissioned or not commissioned) made into that and if this is disregarded then I will take legal action.

  • If the art you are commissioning has a character that belongs to someone else please give the username of who the character belongs to so I may credit them.

  • I will not draw characters that do not have clear reference where the details are hard to see. So please provide a good reference image(s). The drawing of the character doesn't have to be good as long as it shows me what I need to know. (Dollmaker/picrew images of characters can work as well as long as it has the details you want with it.)

  • Communication is key! I will be send emails on the progress of the piece to let you know how far I have gotten and if I need to change anything so please be sure to check your email and communicate with me often to get the commission completed faster

  • Commercial work is accepted and is in its own section, go there for more details.

  • Please be sure to let me know if you would like for the art to be posted on my art accounts or not.

  • Blood/gore

  • OCs

  • Canon characters

  • NSFW (kinks and fetish related stuff will have to be talked about and will only be accepted if I'm comfortable with it.)

WON'T DRAW:

  • Overly detailed/complicated designs

  • Noncon/Dubcon

  • Pedophilia/Incest

  • Anything Sexist/racist/hateful

Payment and refunds:

  • Payment to be done via PayPal or Cashapp.

  • I would like to be paid first on this matter.

  • Invoices will be sent once the commission is agreed on.

  • Tips are optional/highly welcomed! They can be sent over Ko-Fi or with the commission payment.

  • If you live out of the US and are commissioning me then price may differ but will be talked on before the price is set.

  • If I started on your commission and you have changed your mind and want a refund you will only get a partial refund.
